RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE

for the VVA Chapter 96 Annual Meeting/Election to be held at the Hootch, 241 Lake Ella Drive, Tallahassee, Florida, at 7:00 p.m. on 21 JUNE 2007.

Arrive an hour early (6:00 p.m.) and BRING WITH YOU to the annual meeting TWO COPIES of a completed VVA membership application just in case one might somehow "go missing" (thus you will have a "backup copy" to keep with you even after you hand one in); TWO copies of your DD-214 (for the same reason); AND $20 in cash.

Membership application forms will also be available at the annual meeting.
